We want you to be completely delighted with your Aurelia Gems purchase.

Return Window

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the jewelry box and protective pouch.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your account and visit the "Order History" section.
2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
3. Follow the prompts to print your prepaid return shipping label.
4. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any authorized shipping center.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
