Shipping Policy
At BabyBoom, we know that when you order something for your little one, you want it yesterday. We work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2pm EST Mon-Fri are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): FREE on orders over $50.00. $3.50 for orders under $50.00.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $7.50.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order status by logging into your BabyBoom account.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
