Order Cancellations

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Because our mattresses are made to order, you may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at 1-800-DREAM-REST or email [email protected] with your order number.

After 24 Hours

If more than 24 hours have passed since your order was placed, it may have already entered the production phase. In this case, we may not be able to cancel the order before it ships. However, you are still protected by our 120-Night Sleep Trial. Once you receive the mattress, you can initiate a return.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
