What does the 10-year warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, sagging greater than 1 inch, and any physical flaws in the mattress. Normal wear and tear, stains, and damage from improper use are not covered.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Our white glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window. They'll set up your new mattress and remove your old one if requested.
Do I need a box spring?
No box spring required! The Hybrid works great on any flat, sturdy surface including platform beds, adjustable bases, slatted frames (slats no more than 3" apart), or even the floor.
