1. The 120-Night Sleep Trial

We offer a 120-night sleep trial for all mattress purchases. The trial begins on the date of delivery. Because it takes time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface, we require a minimum 30-night break-in period before a return can be initiated.

2. 10-Year Limited Warranty

Your DreamRest mattress is covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as indentations greater than 1.5 inches, flaws in the foam causing it to split or crack, and cover assembly defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, comfort preference, or damage resulting from improper support.

3. Delivery & Shipping

We offer free White Glove Delivery within the contiguous United States. Our team will set up your new mattress and remove your old one and packaging materials. You must be present to accept delivery at the scheduled time.

4. Returns

If you are not satisfied after the 30-night break-in period and within the 120-night trial, please contact our support team. We will arrange for the mattress to be picked up and donated to a local charity or recycled. Once pickup is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
