Cancellation Policy
Flexible options for changing plans.
1. Order Modification Window
We understand that plans change. You can modify (add/remove items) or cancel your order without any penalty up until 4 hours before your scheduled delivery window starts. This allows our team time to unpack your order and ensure freshness for other customers.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the delivery window are considered "Late Cancellations." Because our team has already picked and packed your fresh items, a restocking fee of $9.99 will apply to late cancellations to cover labor and potential waste.
3. How to Cancel
There are two easy ways to cancel:
- Online: Go to 'My Orders' in your account dashboard, select the active order, and click 'Cancel Order'.
- Customer Support: Call our support line at +1 (555) 123-4567 if you have trouble accessing your account.
4. Recurring Orders
For subscription or recurring weekly orders, you must pause or cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that week's delivery.
5. Refund Processing
If you cancel within the allowed window, no charge will be made to your card (if it was a pre-authorization) or a full refund will be issued immediately. The funds typically return to your account within 3-5 business days.
