Returns & Refunds

1. The Freshness Guarantee

At FreshMart, quality is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with the freshness or quality of any perishable item (produce, meat, dairy, bakery), please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a full refund or add a credit to your account—no return of the item is necessary.

2. Non-Perishable Items

For non-perishable pantry items, household goods, or personal care products, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to your Account Page.
  2. Find the order containing the item in "Order History".
  3. Click "Report an Issue" next to the specific item.
  4. Select the reason (e.g., Damaged, Poor Quality, Wrong Item).
  5. We may ask for a photo for quality control purposes.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days. The funds should appear on your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's policies. Store credit is applied instantly.

5. Cancellations

Need to cancel your entire order? You can do so without penalty up to 4 hours before your scheduled delivery windows. Cancellations made after this cutoff may be subject to a restocking fee of $10.
