1. Delivery Areas
FreshMart currently provides local delivery services to specific zones within the metropolitan area. To verify if we deliver to your address, please use the zip code checker on our homepage. We reserve the right to modify our delivery zones at any time.
2. Delivery Times & Scheduling
We offer flexible delivery windows, 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available slot the following day.
3. Delivery Fees

4. Unattended Deliveries
You can choose "Contactless Delivery" at checkout. In this case, our driver will leave your groceries at your doorstep and send you a photo confirmation. Please note that FreshMart is not responsible for the quality of perishable items if they are left unattended for extended periods.
5. Missing or Damaged Items
While we strive for perfection, mistakes can happen. If items are missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.
