Immediate Cancellations

We act fast! Because we try to ship orders as quickly as possible, we have a very short window for cancellations. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 60 minutes of placing it.

How to Cancel

To cancel, please log in to your account and click "Cancel Order" on your recent orders page. If you checked out as a guest, please email [email protected] immediately with the subject line "CANCEL" and your order number.

Missed the Window?

If more than 60 minutes have passed, we cannot cancel the shipment. However, you can use our Returns Policy to return the package for a refund once it arrives. You can simply mark the unopened package as "Return to Sender" or contact us for a free return label.
