We want you to love your Glow Beauty purchase! That's why we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Even if you've opened it and tried it, you can return it for a refund.
How to Return
- Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and attach the label.
- Drop it off at any USPS location.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure your products arrive safe and sound. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement immediately.
