Log into your Heritage account and navigate to "Order History" in your dashboard.
Locate the order you wish to cancel and click "View Details" to access the order page.
Click "Cancel Order" and confirm your request. You may be asked to provide a reason.
You will receive an email confirmation with details of your cancellation and refund timeline.

Orders Already Dispatched: Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for return instructions.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items: Custom or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. This includes monogrammed items and bespoke tailoring.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Gift Cards: Gift card purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded.
