Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at [email protected] or call us at (555) 123-4567. Please have your order number ready.

After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you will need to follow our Return Policy once you receive the package.

Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order items may have a limited cancellation window (typically 24-48 hours after placing the order) as production begins shortly after.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
