Our Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom or personalized orders differ and are generally non-returnable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and navigate to "My Orders".
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for return.
- Print the prepaid shipping label provided.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier location.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
