Order Cancellation
At BookWorm, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We've made our cancellation process as simple as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
How to Cancel Your Order
Log into Your Account
Visit your account dashboard and navigate to "My Orders"
Select the Order
Find the order you wish to cancel and click on it to view details
Request Cancellation
Click the "Cancel Order" button and confirm your request
Cancellation Conditions
- Before Processing: Full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days
- After Processing: Order cannot be cancelled; please use our return policy instead
- Pre-orders: Can be cancelled anytime before the release date
- Digital Products: Cannot be cancelled once download link is sent
Subscription Cancellations
For Book Club subscriptions and other recurring services:
- Cancel anytime before your next billing date
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused subscription time
- Reactivate your subscription at any time
Refund Processing
Credit/Debit Cards
Refunds processed within 3-5 business days. May take additional 5-10 days to appear on your statement.
PayPal
Refunds processed within 24-48 hours to your PayPal account.
Store Credit
Instant credit applied to your BookWorm account for future purchases.
Gift Cards
Refunded as store credit; original gift card cannot be restored.
