Information about order and booking cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our Returns Policy.
We understand plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service booking.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Afterpay and Zip payments will be refunded according to their respective policies.
