Our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds

Return Policy

At CarParts Tyre & Autocare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Unfitted Products

Products that have not been fitted or used may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are:

  • In original, unopened packaging
  • In resaleable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Fitted Tyres & Wheels

Once tyres or wheels have been fitted to your vehicle, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty or defective. This is for safety reasons and industry standard practice.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for inspection and replacement or refund as appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Claims

All products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must be made through our stores with proof of purchase. We will assist you with the warranty process.

How to Return

  1. Contact our team to arrange the return
  2. Bring the product to any CarParts store
  3. Provide your proof of purchase
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
