ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they haven't been shipped yet. Contact our customer service team immediately to request cancellation.
HOW TO CANCEL
To cancel an order, log into your account and navigate to your order history, or contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS
Custom prescription orders and personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
