30-DAY RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn eyewear. Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Log into your account and initiate a return request
2. Print the prepaid return label
3. Pack items securely in original packaging
4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

EXCEPTIONS

Prescription lenses and customized items are non-refundable. Sale items may have different return conditions.
