Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping.

Cancellation Process
- Orders cancelled within 1 hour will receive a full refund
- If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our returns process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Original payment method will be credited
Non-Cancellable Items
The following items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable items (fresh food, treats with short expiry)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
