Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here is what you need to know about cancelling your order.
1. Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may have already entered the processing or shipping phase.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel an order, please log in to your account, go to "My Orders," and select the order you wish to cancel. If the cancel button is available, you can proceed directly. If not, please contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected].
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
4. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Please note that custom or made-to-order furniture pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase.
5. Items Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow our Returns Policy once you receive the item.
