Shipped Orders
If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. You will need to wait for the item to be delivered and then initiate a return in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to make changes to a custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
