Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Ground Shipping: Free on orders over $500. $49 flat rate for orders under $500. Delivery to your front door.
- White Glove Delivery: $199 flat rate. Includes delivery to your room of choice, assembly, and packaging removal. Free on orders over $2,000.
Processing Time
Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items typically ship within 4-6 weeks. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
Damaged Deliveries
If your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt if applicable and contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or repair.
