Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom orders are final sale. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
Yes! We know how important it is to feel the fabric and see the color in your own home. You can order up to 5 free fabric swatches on any product page.
Does the furniture require assembly?
Some of our furniture requires minor assembly, such as attaching legs to a sofa or table. All necessary tools and instructions are included. If you choose White Glove Delivery, our team will handle assembly for you.
How do I care for my wood furniture?
We recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid placing wood furniture in direct sunlight or near heat sources to prevent fading or cracking. Use coasters to protect surfaces from moisture.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer financing through Affirm.
