We want you to love your new furniture. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- I unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Purchased directly from CozyFurniture.com.
Note: Custom-made items and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We can provide a prepaid shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
